Free Delivery and Returns
Order before 4pm and your earrings will be dispatched by courier the next day
All our UK deliveries are sent Monday to Friday on a next day courier service but extended parts of the UK may require an additional 3 to 4 days
To return your goods reuse the same packaging and fill in the returns form that comes with the delivery
Useful Tip
Ensure that you nominate an address where someone will be present to accept and sign for the parcel
Have your delivery sent to your work address but check that your employer is agreeable; we are not liable for parcels going missing within your workplace if a signature has been given
overseas deliveries
Postage charge is based on the weight and volume of the order and will be calculated once the delivery destination is confirmed at checkout
All our overseas deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are sent via courier
Please allow up to 14 working days for arrival of your order as we cannot predict the time needed for customs clearance procedures. A notification email with the parcel tracking details will be sent to you at point of dispatch. Any sales taxes, customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm local UK time, subject to availability, will be dispatched on the following working day for a two to three working day delivery. All products are shipped in an Earring Boutique Luxe box. We regret we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
