UK delivery information
Free Delivery and Returns

  • Order before 3pm and your earrings will be dispatched by courier the next day
  • All our UK deliveries are sent Monday to Friday on a next day courier service but extended parts of the UK may require an additional 3 to 4 days
  • To return your goods reuse the same packaging and fill in the returns form that comes with the delivery

  • Ensure that you nominate an address where someone will be present to accept and sign for the parcel
  • Have your delivery sent to your work address but check that your employer is agreeable; we are not liable for parcels going missing within your workplace if a signature has been given

  • overseas deliveries
  • Postage charge is based on the weight and volume of the order and will be calculated once the delivery destination is confirmed at checkout
  • All our overseas deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are sent via courier


  • Please allow up to 14 working days for arrival of your order as we cannot predict the time needed for customs clearance procedures. A notification email with the parcel tracking details will be sent to you at point of dispatch. Any sales taxes, customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

  • NB

    All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 3pm local UK time, subject to availability, will be dispatched on the following working day for a two to three working day delivery. All products are shipped in an Earring Boutique Luxe box this excludes Last chance to buy sale items. We regret we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

    Returns
    We will be more than happy to issue you with a refund providing that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the items are returned within 30 days of receipt, complete, in original condition, unused and with the original packaging.We cannot accept the return of items where the hygiene attachment has been removed.

    If your earrings arrive damaged, please contact Customer Services immediately.

    Please take extra care with your order as we cannot accept items for a refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Services immediately.

    This returns policy applies to Website purchases only, and not to purchases made in person at any of our stockists.

    making a return

    UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Isle of Man)

    To arrange for your goods to be returned to us, contact Customer Services quoting your name and address, order number and details of the product and the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

    We will arrange for a courier to collect your goods free of charge. Should you return your purchase to us by another means, we suggest you obtain insurance to cover any loss or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods returned to us other than via our courier service and such an item will not be deemed to be returned to us until we have received it in our warehouse.

    Please note that, for resons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on earrings that have had the security tag removed, unless they are damaged. Should you return earrings to us that we deem to have either been worn or wilfully damaged, we will not issue a refund and we will not return the earrings unless you request that we do so. Should you wish us to return the earrings to you, you will be required to pay for postage.

    Please be aware that under our free returns policy for UK mainland we offer to collect your earrings/ring free of charge using our courier service.

    We will arrange with you a convenient time, day and collection point where someone will be available to hand the goods over to the courier company. If the courier is unable to make the collection due to no one being available at this prearranged time and place, the returning of the goods to us will then become your responsibility and be at your charge.

    UK offshore and outside the UK

    We will not refund any delivery charges, sales taxes, customs or import duties that you may have paid in order to secure delivery of the goods to you. You are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.
