We will be more than happy to issue you with a refund providing that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the items are returned within 30 days of receipt, complete, in original condition, unused and with the original packaging. We cannot accept the return of items where the hygiene attachment has been removed.

UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man)To arrange for your goods to be returned to us, contact Customer Services quoting your name and address, order number and details of the product and the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
UK offshore and outside the UK
We will not refund any delivery charges, sales taxes, customs or import duties that you may have paid in order to secure delivery of the goods to you. You are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.
